By using GradeOrSell (the web app or the iOS app) you agree to these terms.
What GradeOrSell is
A decision-support tool for trading-card collectors. It pulls market data, estimates card condition from photos using AI, and calculates the expected value of grading versus selling. It is information, not a guarantee. Market prices move, AI condition estimates can be wrong, and grading companies make their own decisions. You are responsible for your buying, selling and grading decisions.
Plans and billing
- Free — 10 live lookups per month, no photo grading.
- Collector — $7.99/month or $79/year. Dealer — $19.99/month or $199/year. Prices in USD; local taxes may apply.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. On the web, manage or cancel via Membership → Manage subscription (Stripe billing portal). On iOS, subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID and managed in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged. Apple's refund policy applies to iOS purchases.
- Web subscriptions can be cancelled any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Fair use
Unlimited plans are for personal or your own business's use. Automated scraping, reselling our data feed, or sharing an account with others isn't allowed. We may rate-limit or suspend abusive accounts.
Your content
Photos and collection data are yours. You grant us the limited right to process them to provide the service.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arts Artifacts is not liable for losses arising from decisions made using the app, data inaccuracies, or downtime. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
